Forecast
Your Forecast is found in the Analytics section of Cloze. Your Forecast is derived from your Potential Deals and Projects. When you select Your Forecast you will find several sections:
- Cumulative Total - Breakdown of cumulative dollar amount of total active/won/done, total committed and total planned Deals and Projects.
- Top Deals/Projects - Largest three deals by dollar amount.
- Forecast Timing - Breakdown of cumulative dollar amount of total active/won/done, total committed and total planned Deals and Projects by time.
- Forecast Change - Visually depicts potential Deals and Projects at the start of the period, where they are now and where they are expected to be at the end of the time period.
- Table of all potential deals - Sortable table of potential Deals and Projects for the selected time period.
1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.
2.) Tap on Analytics
3.) Tap the "Your Forecast" report to view your Potential Deals and Projects for the current period.
Cumulative Total
Breakdown of cumulative dollar amount of total active/won/done, total committed and total planned Deals and Projects.
Top Deals/Projects
This section displays the highest three deals by dollar amount.
Forecast Timing
Breakdown of cumulative dollar amount of total won/done, total committed and total planned Deals and Projects by time.
Forecast Change
Visually depicts potential Deals and Projects at the start of the period, where they are now and where they are expected to be at the end of the time period.
Table of all potential deals
Sortable table of potential Deals and Projects for the current time period.
