How do I customize my Projects or Deal settings?

Cloze provides several ways for you to customize your Projects and Deals. 

  • Change Labels: Change the default labels to fit your industry. Examples: Sale, Order, Deal, Opportunity, Transaction, etc.). 
  • Add Next Steps: Add Next Steps to help you keep track of what you've done and what you have left to do. For example, you might have specific steps you walk through for each active project. Or in sales you might follow a specific sales process for potential customers. 
  • Enable and Add Custom Fields: Custom Fields are especially helpful if you have a common Deal or Project process, but would like to easily segment them by product line, service, or any other custom classification.
  • Create Custom Projects: Use the Custom Types to handle less frequent things that you work on, but you want to track separately and have their own Steps.

Please see below to change labels, add Next Steps and and create custom Projects. 

1.) Tap on More (lower right on iOS/Android or lower left on cloze.com)

 

2.) Tap on Settings in menu. 

 

3.) Scroll down to the Cloze Pro section and tap on Customize

 

4.) In the Customize section scroll down to Projects (or Deals). Here you can customize your Projects:

  • Labels: Change the default labels to fit your industry. Examples: Sale, Order, Deal, Opportunity, Transaction, etc...
  • Next Steps: Tap on the gear icon to add Next Steps to your Projects (or Deals). Learn more about adding Next Steps here
  • Custom Fields: Custom Fields are especially helpful if you have a common Deal or Project process, but would like to easily segment them by product line, service, or any other custom classification. Learn more about adding Custom Fields here
  • Custom Projects/Deals: Use the Custom Types to handle less frequent things that you work on, but you want to track separately and have their own Steps.

 

 

5.) Tap on the gear icon to Customize your defaul Project (or Deal) labels add Next Steps.
