How do I push customizations to my Team?

Cloze Business Administrators can push customizations out to members of the organization to ensure the entire team is using the same labels, Next Steps and email templates. 


1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower left on cloze.com or lower right on mobile (iOS or Android).

 

2.) Tap on Settings

 

3.) Scroll down to the Cloze Business section and tap on Billing and Settings to expand the section.

There are two options you can share:

  • Customizations: tap on the Share button next to Customizations to share...
    • Segment label customizations (e.g. Customer to Client)
    • Next Steps (custom steps you have added to Relationship Types and Projects/Deals)
  • Email Templates: tap on the Share button next to Email Templates to share your templates.

Note: Sharing your team's customizations will send your customizations to the rest of your entire team.
