How do I turn off Keep in Touch reminders for a contact?
To turn off Keep in Touch for a person or company tap on the More icon and select "Turn off Keep in Touch". Once turned off, you will no longer receive automatic keep-in-touch reminders for this contact.
To turn Keep in Touch reminders back on for a contact, you will follow the same steps listed in this article but tap on the option "Turn on Keep in Touch".
Tablet and web (www.cloze.com)
1. Tap on the More icon.
2. Select "Turn off Keep in Touch".
Next to the word Relationship, you will see a speaker icon with an X which indicates that Keep in Touch Reminders have been turned off.
iPhone and Android phone
1. Tap on the More ( ... ) icon.
2. Tap on Turn off Keep in Touch.
3. Under the About tab, you will see the speaker icon with an X next to Relationship which indicates that Keep in Touch Reminders are turned off.
