How do I mark a contact as private?

To mark a person or company as private tap on More icon and select "Make Private". This will classify your activity and communications (calls, emails, notes, files, texts, to-dos etc..) with this contact as private and not shareable with your team. 

Family, friends, or any contact in a personal segment will always be private.

To organize a contact as family or friend, in the Relationship section for the contact:

  1. Tap on the Segment
  2. Scroll down to "Personal Segments" and tap on a segment to select it

Tap on the Segment in the Relationship Section and then select a Personal Segment.

To mark a contact in a Business segment as private:

  1. On the contact's profile, tap on "More Actions" beneath their name.
  2. Tap on "Make Private".
Tap on More Actions > Make Private

The lock icon indicates the contact is private.

In the relationship section, above the stage and segment, users will see a lock icon which indicates the contact is private.
A lock icon indicates the contact is private.

If you want to share a contact that you have marked as private:

  1. On the contact's profile, tap on "Actions".
  2. Tap on "Allow Sharing".

  1. Tap on "Share" to confirm.
