My account is still processing. How long will it take?

It can take minutes or in very rare cases days, but for the vast majority of users, your account will be ready in under an hour. 

The processing time is dependent on the number of messages you have in each account you connect to Cloze and the speed at which the email and connected services can serve up messages and other information to us. For example, Google limits the rate at which we can pull in your emails for processing, so at times their throttling will slow us down quite a bit. They also limit the number of simultaneous connections to your Gmail account, so if you have multiple services connected, it will also take a bit longer.

After your initial import, syncing will only take a few seconds.

On the iPhone, iPad, or Android app, as soon as Cloze has completed processing, we'll pop up a notification on your screen (if you accepted this request).  If you are using our web app on cloze.com or declined the authorization for notifications the system will automatically send you a confirmation email that will enable you to validate your account and access the full functionality of Cloze.
