Team Roles

Cloze Business offers three team roles.

Administrator

  • Administer the Cloze Business subscription (add new Seats, Update billing information)
  • View Team Member dashboards
  • Update segments, stages, steps, and templates for all Team Members
  • View other team members and search for contacts across the team
  • Invite people to join the team
  • View shared projects
  • Edit shared projects

Manager

  • View Team Member dashboards
  • View and edit shared contacts and projects

Member

  • A regular Team Member

 

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower left on cloze.com or lower right on mobile (iOS or Android).

 

2.) Tap on Settings

 

3.) Scroll down to the Cloze Business section and tap on Members and Invitations to expand the section.

Then tap on the "Members and Invitations" button next to Team Members.

4.) Tap on any Team Member you wish to change to a different role and select Administrator, Manager or Member.
