How do I connect iCloud Reminders to Cloze?

Cloze supports iCloud Reminders so you can set reminders using Siri or through the Reminders app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac and they will sync onto the Cloze Agenda. Reminders are bidirectional so if you reschedule or mark an iCloud Reminder as done in Cloze it will be updated in iCloud automatically and vice versa.

With the combination of Smart Agenda Linking, Siri and iCloud Reminders you can say, “Hey Siri, remind me to call Dave Varenos at 10am on Thursday” and Cloze will automatically link to Dave and remind you on the Agenda.

In the Connected Accounts Settings section you can control the iCloud Reminders To Do lists that are displayed in Cloze.

To connect iCloud Reminders will need to connect your iCloud account first and then will see your To Dos on the Cloze Agenda. If you have already connected your iCloud account, you can skip to Step 2 below.

Step 1: Connect your iCloud Account
Tap here for instructions on how to connect your iCloud account.

  1. An iCloud email account is required to connect your iCloud Calendar and iCloud Reminders. You can create one in the Mail section of Even if you don't use the email account, it is used to connect. If you don't use iCloud email you can toggle if off in the Cloze Connected Accounts section of Settings.
  2. Apple now requires all iCloud accounts to enable two-factor verification and an App-Specific password to connect to other apps.
You will need to create an App-Specific password on for use with Cloze. So even if you don't have two-factor on, you will need to enable it to connect iCloud to Cloze and other apps. This is an Apple policy change that recently went into effect on June 15, 2017

Here are some instructions from Apple.

Once you have created your App-specific password for Cloze, please enter this new password instead.

Step 2: Toggle on or off any iCloud To Do Lists as needed
Once your iCloud account is connected, you can adjust the To Do Lists you wish to see in Cloze in the Connected Accounts section in Settings:

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on

2.) Tap on Settings

3.) Tap on Connected Accounts to expand the section and tap on the gear icon next to your email and toggle on or off iCloud To Do Lists as necessary.

Your iCloud Reminders will now appear on the Cloze Agenda.
