How do I share customizations with my Team?
Cloze Business Administrators can share customizations with members of your organization to ensure the entire team uses the same Segment labels, Next Steps, Custom Fields, Audiences, Lead Management settings, and more.
1.) Tap on More (...).
Mobile: Tap on More in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android).
On your computer: Tap on More in the lower left on your computer (cloze.com).
2.) Tap on Settings.
Mobile: In the menu select Settings.
On your computer: In the menu select Settings.
3.) Scroll down to the Customizations section and tap on the Share button next to Share Customizations or Share Email Templates or both.
- Tap on the Share button next to Customizations to share...
- Segment label customizations (e.g. Customer to Client)
- New Segments
- Next Steps (custom steps you have added to Relationship Types and Projects/Deals)
- Next Step email templates
- Keep in touch settings
- Audiences
- Lead Management settings (lead capture)
- Custom Fields
Note: Sharing your team's customizations will send your customizations to the rest of your team. You must have the Admin Role to share your customizations with your team.
4.) Uncheck any items you do not wish to share and 5.) Tap on the Share button.
We highly recommend scrolling down the list of items that will be shared and carefully reviewing them. If you don't recognize something -- uncheck it (and ask your colleagues) before sharing.
