How do I view Team Member activity dashboards?

Cloze includes two primary reports to view team member activity:

  1. Team Leaderboard
  2. Week in Review

Team Leaderboard

The Leaderboard shows a list of your team members on Cloze and ranks their activity by five categories:

  • Sent Mail
  • Calls Made
  • Drop-Ins (or Viewings)
  • Meetings
  • Email Opens
  • Other activity measures

You will also see the time period over time period values and percentage increase or decrease based on the time scale you select (tap on the calendar icon along the top of the screen to adjust the time scale). 

As a Team Admin or Manager, you can also click on any team member to view their specific dashboard.

To see the Leaderboard Navigate to the Analytics section. 

Tap on your team name along the top of the section.

View activity by team member.

Tap on any team member to drill into their activities. 

For each team member, you will see period-over-period changes.

All columns are sortable.

Tap on the Funnel icon to filter by Stage, Segment, or Custom Field.

Tap on the Calendar icon to adjust the Time Scale (This Week, This Month, This Quarter, Last Month, Last Year, etc..). 

You can also filer by Sub Team.

Week in Review

The Week in Review dashboard provides a summary report of your interactions with your contacts for the last week. If you are a Cloze Business Administrator or Manager you may also view the summary report of members of your Cloze Business team. 

In the Analytics section tap on Week in Review.

The Summary Dashboard Report includes:

Contacts

  • Total number of contacts, companies, and projects or deals

Email:

  • Breakdown of email sent vs. received
  • Breakdown of bulk vs. regular email

Interactions

  • Who you interacted with (Customers, Buyers, Sellers, Partners, Coworkers, and others) 
  • How you interacted with (Customers, Buyers, Sellers, Partners, Coworkers, and others) 
  • Breakdown of calls, meetings, and notes 

Notes:

  • You must be assigned an Administrator or Manager Role (or another role with this visibility enabled) in Cloze Business settings to view the Summary Dashboard report of other team members.
  • Cloze Business Administrators and Managers can only see the Summary Dashboard report of activities found on the right side of the screenshot below. They do NOT have visibility into specific calls and meetings. All call, text, email, and meeting activity is private unless shared as part of a Project or Deal or assignment-based sharing.
