How do I add team members to a Sub-Team?

Platinum Feature: Sub-Teams are available with the Cloze Business Platinum Plan. 

Team members can be assigned to specific Sub-Team. This can be especially helpful if you have sales territories or other internal teams and wish to limit visibility of people, companies, projects and deals. 

With Sub-Teams you can:

  • Organize your team by territory, region, or role hierarchy.
  • Control who can see what by where they are in the hierarchy.
  • Allow senior managers to see and control everything below them.

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.

2.) Tap on Team Members.

3.) Tap on the checkmarks next to each team member you wish to move to a Sub-Team. 

4.) Tap on the checkmark at the bottom.

5.) Tap on Member Settings.

6.) Tap on the Main Sub Team option.

a.) Tapping in the area next to the name will add / move the team member to that Sub Team.

b.) Tapping on the + icon will create a new Sub Team beneath the one you tapped on. (in the screenshot below, the + next to The Weston Group was tapped on and Newton Team and Team Canterbury were created beneath). See How do I create a new Sub Team for more information. 

7.) After you choose the Sub Team, tap on update. To group your team members by Sub Team, see How do I filter team members by Sub Team?
