How do I enable the Presence setting that shows a user's availability?

Platinum Feature: This feature is available with the Cloze Business Platinum Plan.

The Presence setting allows users to control their presence for shift work. They are able to set if they are available or if they are away. They can also indicate when their shift ends. Users' availability can be integrated into lead routing rules and lead distribution ponds, so leads are only routed to users that are currently available.

This setting needs to be enabled for each role by editing the role settings. It can only be enabled for each role by a team administrator or a team member who can edit role settings. 

Once this setting is enabled, each user can set when they are available and when they are away. 

You can see if someone is available or away by looking at the tags in their profile.

How to Enable 


1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.

2.) Tap on Settings

3.) Tap on My Team to expand the section. Then tap Edit.

4.) Tap on Role you wish to customize. 

5.) Scroll down to Assignment and Notification. 

6.) Toggle the button to the right to enable. Then tap Next.

7.) Adjust any other settings and once you are done, tap on Review.

8.) You will see all changes you made for each role. To save them, tap on Save. To return and make changes, tap on Back.
