Extend Business Customizations

When an agent has the “Extend Business Customization” right, they will now see all the business segments, steps, and custom fields.

Segments

  • You can add new business segments, and archive segments that are part of the standard team setup.
  • You can't change the order of the segments that are part of the team setup, but when you add new business segments, they can be moved to be in between any segments that are part of the team setup.
  1. Tap the gear icon to adjust settings for a business segment.
  2. Tap the red circle to archive a business segment.
  3. Tap the "Add Business Segment" to add a new business segment

Next Steps

  • You can add next steps, and archive existing next steps that are part of your team's setup
  • You can't change the order of the Next Steps that are part of the team setup of Cloze, but when you add new Next Steps, they can be moved to be in between any Next Steps that are part of the team setup.
  • You can adjust the follow-up and reminders for the existing steps when editing them.
  1. Tap the gear icon to adjust settings for a Next Step.
  2. Tap the red circle to archive a step.
  3. Tap Add Step to add a new Next Step.



Custom Fields

  • When editing custom fields, there is now a toggle at the top (Basic vs. Advanced).
    • Basic is what you have always seen
    • Advanced is a view of the complete list of segments. You can add new custom fields from this view, and adjust existing custom fields
  1. Tap the Add to add a new custom field.
  2. Tap the gear icon to adjust an existing custom field.
