Every Project (or Deal) can have a unique Team.

Next Steps can be assigned to other Project (or Deal) Team members.

A few tips about assigning Next Steps:

  • You can only assign Next Steps to other Project (or Deal) Team members.
  • The assigned Project (or Deal) Team Member will be prompted on their Agenda and with a notification both when they are assigned the Next Step and when it comes due (if you added a reminder in Settings)
  • If you are an Administrator you can assign Next Steps to other Project (or Deal) Members for any Team Project (or Team Deal). 

Tap on the "Not Assigned" if the Next Step has yet to be assigned. Or if it is assigned to you or another person tap on the "Assigned to" dropdown to re-assign the Next Step.
