Lists can cut across multiple Segments. For example if you have an attendee list from an Event or a Newsletter that goes to many different Segments it is common to use a Cloze list to organize the recipients. When you tap on the funnel icon at the top of your screen you'll also see any custom Lists available for narrowing your search results. Like Keywords, Stages, Segments and Custom Fields you can also use Lists for sending emails to groups of people.
- If you are using Cloze Business with your team note that Lists are private and not shareable with your team on Cloze. Please use Stages, Segments, Keywords and Custom Fields with your team.
- Lists are not designed to filter the Kanban view. If you wish to filter the Kanban view please use Keywords or Custom Fields.
There are two ways to create a custom List in Cloze.
- From a Person's profile
- In Settings
Please see below for step-by-step instructions on how to create a custom List using both methods.
CREATE A CUSTOM LIST FROM CONTACT PROFILE
1.) In the People section search for the person you would like to add to a new custom List and tap on their profile.
Lists can be created or added in the Relationship section. The Relationship Section looks like this:
On Cloze.com and tablet:
3.) Select "New List..." from the menu.
4.) Enter your new List name and tap on the create button.
CREATE A CUSTOM LIST IN SETTINGS
1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.
2.) Tap on Settings
3.) Tap on Lists to open the section and then tap on the "Create" button.
4.) Enter the name of your new, custom List and tap on the Create button.
