How do I set role permissions to allow management of team member accounts?

Platinum Feature: This feature is available with the Cloze Business Platinum Plan. 

There are several security and compliance features you can enable for each Cloze Team Role.  For example:

  • Edit Team - Edit these settings, add or remove team members, invitations, and user archives
  • View User - View team member administration page
  • View User Details - View user account details
  • Edit Hierarchy - Move users, contacts, and deals across sub-teams
  • Help User - Help team members with access to their accounts (reset 2-step, etc.)
  • Change User - Manage user accounts (lock, unlock, etc.)

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.

 

2.) Tap on Settings

 

3.) Tap on My Team to expand the section. 


Then tap on the Edit button next to Settings and Access Control and toggle on any options to which you would like your Team to have access. 

4.) Tap on Role you wish to customize.

5.) Enable the various team management features you wish to grant for this Role.
