Custom Projects (or Deals) allow you to handle less frequent things that you work on, but you also want to track separately and have their own Steps.
Think of the default Project (or Deal) as the primary thing you work on regularly. While Custom Projects (or Deals) help keep you organized around the other deliverables or special projects.
Each Custom Project can have its own Next Steps, Reminder Settings, Email templates and Custom Fields. Once created you will also be able to sort and filter your Cloze Project section by Custom Project, Next Step and Custom Field.
Please see below to create custom Projects (or Deals).
1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.
2.) Tap on Settings
3.) Scroll down to the Customizations section and tap on Projects (or Deals or Sales or your custom label) to expand the section.
4.) Scroll down to the Segments section and tap on the gear icon next to Custom Type 1.
5.) Add the name of Custom Project Type and your Next Steps.
6.) Tap on the gear icon next to each step to set reminders and toggle on a custom email template.
