Library Management - Creating New Libraries

If you are a Team Admin with Edit Team rights, you are able to:

  • Create new template libraries (there is a limit of 10 custom libraries per account).
  • Edit access of who can view the library and who can edit templates 

This feature is available to users with Edit Team rights role permission and on the Platinum Plus plan. 

To edit access for who can view or edit the template library, please see our article on Exclusive Access. Editing access will fall under the Template Library category. 

To create a new Template Library, follow the steps below.

1. In the Template Library, tap on All Libraries to open the drop down menu. Then tap on the Edit button. 

2. Tap on New Library.

3. Name the library. If it's shared, toggle the button on. Tap on Save.

4. To edit the library, tap on it to open it up.

5. To remove the library, tap on it to edit it and then tap on remove.
