How do I switch to an Annual Subscription?

You can switch from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription at any time. 

SUBSCRIBED VIA ITUNES

If you subscribed to Cloze in the App Store via iTunes please follow Apple's instructions to see your subscription and switch from monthly to annual:

SUBSCRIBED VIA CLOZE.COM

1.) Tap on More on the lower left side of the screen on Cloze.com

 

2.) Tap on Settings.

 

3.) In the My Subscription section tap on the Manage button next to Personal Billing and then select "Switch to Yearly Billing".

Please note we automatically send you an invoice receipt after you upgrade to annual.  You will receive a credit for any remaining amount of your monthly subscription. 

 

 

3.) SUBSCRIBED VIA CLOZE.COM TO CLOZE BUSINESS

1.) Tap on More on the lower left side of the screen on Cloze.com

2.) Tap on Settings

 

3.) Tap on the Manage button next to Team Billing and select "Switch to Yearly Billing"
