Where do I find my Cloze Pro payment invoice and purchase history?

You can download your past invoices at any time. Please note both Apple and Cloze will automatically send you an invoice receipt each month or year as well.

We have three options:

Cloze Pro (personal billing)

  • 1.) Subscribed via iTunes in the Apple App Store
  • 2.) Subscribed to to Cloze Pro on cloze.com

Cloze Business (team billing - a single invoice for all members of your team)

  • 3.) Subscribed in the Cloze Business section on cloze.com to establish team billing

1.) SUBSCRIBED VIA ITUNES to CLOZE PRO

If you subscribed to Cloze in the App Store via iTunes please follow Apple's instructions to see your purchase history:

2.) SUBSCRIBED VIA CLOZE.COM TO CLOZE PRO

2.) Tap on Settings

 

3.) In the My Subscription section tap on the Manage button next to Personal Billing and select View Your Account. 

Note: AFTER you click, it may take a few seconds to load to bring up your billing information and invoice history. 

4.) In the Invoices section you can view all of your past invoices and download specific invoices.

3.) SUBSCRIBED VIA CLOZE.COM TO CLOZE BUSINESS

4.) In the Invoices section you can view all of your past invoices and download specific invoices.
