Can I subscribe for my entire team?
Yes! When you subscribe on cloze.com you have the option to purchase Cloze Business for yourself or your entire team.
There are two types of billing in Cloze:
- Personal billing: An individual pays for their own subscription using their own payment method (credit card or Apple).
- Team billing: Multiple team members’ subscriptions are consolidated into a single monthly or annual invoice.
Teams can use both personal billing and team billing at the same time.
- For example, if a team uses the Business Gold Plan with team billing, a member who already has a Business Gold subscription with personal billing can join the team and continue paying for their own subscription.
How team billing works:
- The Cloze team admin sets the plan level for the entire team.
- Only purchase subscription seats for team members who do not already have a Cloze Business subscription.
- If a team member already has a subscription at the same plan level (or higher), no additional seat is needed.
- Team members with a higher-level personal subscription may keep it — they do not need to downgrade to match the team plan.
Subscription seat allocation
- You can purchase Cloze Business seats in advance.
- Seats are automatically assigned to team members as they join.
- All team members must be on the same Business plan or higher than the team plan.
- For example, if a team uses Business Gold with team billing, a member who already has a Business Platinum subscription can join the team and keep their personal Platinum plan.
1.) Tap on More on the lower left side of the screen on cloze.com
2.) Tap on Settings
3.) In the My Subscriptions section tap on the Subscribe button.
If you have Personal iTunes billing and want to establish centralized, team billing tap on Subscribe next to Team Billing.
4.) Tap on your team name and then select either Monthly or Yearly.
Please note: the Cloze Business annual subscription option provides a discount.
5.) Enter the number of Cloze Business users you require and then tap on the Check Out button.
The subscription form will pre-populate with the current number of Team Members, but you can change the quantity if you are planning to invite others to use Cloze.
6.) Enter your payment information and then tap on the Subscribe button.
