How do I add a reference custom field?

Note: Reference Custom Fields are available in the Gold and Platinum Plans.

Reference fields let you link people, companies, and deals/projects/properties to each other.

Reference Custom Fields are commonly used to link a spouse or children to a person. Or you can use Reference Custom Fields to track the referrals you receive from a person or a company.

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to create a Reference Custom Field.

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.

2.) Tap on Settings.

3.) Scroll down to the Customizations section and tap on Custom Fields to expand the section.

5.) Along the top of the screen tap on the Add button and then select Field.

6.) Name your field and then scroll down the Data Type dropdown and select an option in the Reference One or Reference Many section.

Reference One - one person, company, or deal/project/property can be linked
Reference Many - multiple people, companies, or deals/project/properties can be linked
