How do I export my Team's People?
With the proper Role permissions, you can export all of your Team's Shared People in .CSV or Excel spreadsheet. Typically the Cloze team administrator will configure Cloze user roles that grant access to export information from the shared team audience view. By default Administrators and Managers can export data from the shared team view.

Please follow these instructions on how to export your Team's Shared Audience.
1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower left of your screen on cloze.com.
2.) Tap on Settings.
3.) Scroll down to the Settings menu to the Import / Export section and click on Export to expand the section.
4.) Then click on the Export button and select the export format and type.

In this example, we are exporting people from the shared team view audience.
5.) Select the audience to export.
In the audience section tap on My People.
You can export...
- My Audiences (any custom audience you have created)
- Shared Audiences (your team's shared contacts)
In the Shared Audiences section select your team name. After selecting the shared audience tap on the back arrow to return to the main menu and complete the export.
6.) Optional: Select the specific Stages / Segments you wish to export.
7.) Tap on the Export Now button.
