How do I remove Cloze Contact Syncing (Carddav) from my iPhone or iPad?

If you previously synced your Cloze contacts to you iPhone or iPad and would like to remove this option from your device, please follow the instructions below.  

1.) Tap on the More Options menu (...) and then select Settings. 

Mobile: 
  1. Tap on More in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android).
  2. Select Settings


2.) Scroll down and under "Accounts and Services", tap on Contact Sync to expand the section. Toggle OFF the Sync Cloze Contacts to iPhone.

3.) You will need to download a profile that will uninstall the contact sync. Tap on Allow.

4.) When the Profile Downloaded pop-up appears, tap on Close and then you will see a message saying you need to go to your Settings App.

5.) Once in Settings, tap on "Profile Downloaded".

6.) Tap on Install and then enter your passcode.


7.) Tap on Install once more.


8.) Tap on Done.

9.) Cloze Contact Syncing has now been removed from your device. The Cloze Contacts Remover profile will be removed within a few moments as well.
