How do I connect RingCentral to Cloze?

Please note you must have a RingCentral Premium account to connect to Cloze

Connect RingCentral to Cloze and all of your calls, messages, faxes, and voicemails are linked into your contacts' history. There’s no manual logging -- it is all automatic. All calls made from your desktop or RingCentral's mobile apps are logged in real-time within Cloze. 

To connect your RingCentral account to Cloze please follow the instructions below.

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.

2.) Tap on Settings

3.) Tap on Connect Accounts to expand the section. Then tap on the Add button and Select Phone.

4.) Tap on the Add button next to RingCentral.

 5.) Enter your RingCentral phone number and password to authorize Cloze.
