How do I display social media instead of notes on contact profiles?

Note: Due to the social media vendors’ continued reduction in integration features social media integrations have been discontinued for new users as of April 4, 2023. Twitter no longer supports open 3rd party integrations and has been discontinued for all users.

You can pick whether to show notes or social media on Cloze contact profiles. By default, notes will be displayed on the contact profile. Optionally, you can enable displaying social media instead.

Notes

Tap on Notes to view notes from Evernote, OneNote, and Cloze built-in notes.

Social

Alternatively, this section can display social media instead of notes. 

To switch to social instead of notes please follow the instructions below. 

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com. 

2.) Tap on Settings

3.) In the App Settings section tap on Display and Layout to expand the section. 

4.) Scroll down to the section labeled: "Profile Section" and toggle on (or off) "Show Social instead of Notes".

By default, notes will be displayed on the Cloze contact profile. Optionally, you can enable displaying social media instead.
