Where do I see my Zenlist client activity in Cloze?
As your clients are browsing properties on Zenlist their activity is automatically synced to their contact timeline in Cloze. The Cloze timeline is updated automatically with Zenlist client activity:
- Saved listings
- Tour requests
- Notes
- Chats
Zenlist Listing Activity
When clients save (or un-save) listings, request tours, and notes you'll see this in their timeline in Cloze.
In the example below the client has saved a listing and requested a tour.
Tap on the tour request or saved listing to view the property details in Cloze.
Any notes the client adds to a listing on Zenlist also sync to Cloze:
Zenlists Chats
The chat conversations you have with your clients on Zenlist are automatically logged to the contact's timeline in Cloze. This gives you a complete view of your communications in one place.
In Cloze you can tap on the chat conversation from Zenlist to see the full details.
