Where do I see my dotloop loops in Cloze?

Note: The dotloop integration is included as part of the Cloze Business Gold and Platinum Plans.

Once connected, the dotloop integration will initially sync to Cloze your historical loop. This includes your loops with the status: Listing for Sale, Purchase, and Listing for Lease loops with the Sold, Leased, and Done. Loops that are Active, Terminated, Withdrawn, or Archived are not imported into Cloze. You can create a loop directly from Cloze as needed.

For loops that have already been imported, the corresponding status in Cloze will change as updates occur in dotloop:

Loop Sold, Leased, or Done - Stage set as Closed in Cloze
Loop Terminated or Withdrawn - Stage set as Lost and marked as archived in Cloze
Loop archived - mark as archived in Cloze

Buyers and Sellers are also synced when listings and purchase offers are imported. Only one side is imported (buyer or seller), the seller(s) for listing for sale, and the buyer(s) for a purchase offer.

Dotloop transaction close dates are automatically synced to Cloze and set on the appropriate buyers and seller contacts. Each year on the anniversary of the closing you will be reminded on the Cloze Agenda.

The Property Status section shows if the property is a Buy Transaction or a Sale Listing.

The Buyers, Sellers, and their contact information are automatically synced with Cloze.
