How do I enable Okta single sign-on (SSO) in Cloze?
As a team admin, you can set up enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) including Okta in team settings.
The instructions outline how to configure single sign-on (SAML) with Okta.
The Okta/Cloze SAML integration currently supports the following features:
- IdP-initiated SSO
- SP-initiated SSO
- JIT (Just In Time) Provisioning
To add Okta, please sign-in to your Okta account and follow these instructions:
- Add an app integration to Okta (search and add Cloze)
- Configure SAML 2.0 for Cloze (detailed instruction customized for your account)
1.) Click on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.
2.) Tap on Settings.
3.) Tap on My Team to expand the section and then tap on the Edit button.
4.) Tap on Enterprise SSO.
5.) Paste the identity provider metadata URL and toggle on automatically join team on sign-in.
Note that if you are enabling Okta, please sign-in to your Okta account and follow these instructions:
- Add an app integration to Okta (search and add Cloze)
- Configure SAML 2.0 for Cloze (follow these instructions to find your metadata URL).
6.) Tap on the Next button.
7.) Tap on the Review button.
8.) Tap on the Save button to enable SSO.
Sign in via SSO
Users can now sign in via SSO.
