How do I start my iPhone call and text syncing?

Apple introduced a new security feature with iOS 16.1 and above, that requires a device passcode prompt to initiate a backup each time your device syncs. 

Based on the frequency you set, the Cloze Call and Text Sync App will initiate a sync backup. 

When the sync is about to start you'll see a push notification on the lock screen of your iPhone.

You'll also see a notification on your computer:

When the sync begins Apple requires you to enter your passcode to trust your computer. Once you enter your passcode your calls and texts will sync to Cloze. 

On your computer, you will then see the Call and Text Sync App begin syncing.
