How do I send Cloze Call and Text Sync App Logs to Cloze support?

If needed the Cloze Support Team will request logs from the Cloze Call and Text Sync App to help troubleshoot your account. Please follow the instructions below to send your log files. 

1.) Open the Cloze Call and Text Sync App.

On a Windows computer

1.) Click on the Cloze icon in the menu bar.

If the icon is  not showing in the toolbar, click on the up arrow and then the Cloze logo.

2.) Select  Advanced

On a Mac computer

2.) Select Show Logs.

3.) Send all of the files to support@cloze.com.

Copy or drag all of the files into an email and send them to support@cloze.com.
