Where do I see my RealScout client activity in Cloze?
As your clients browse properties on RealScout their activity is automatically synced to their contact timeline in Cloze. The Cloze timeline is updated automatically with RealScout client activity:
- Viewed listings
- Saved listings
- Email alerts (Listing Alerts, Market Activity Alerts, Home Value Alerts)
Client Views a Listing
As your clients browse properties in RealScout they are automatically logged in the Cloze timeline.
- The client viewed 54 Church Street.
- The client viewed 840 Matadero Ave.
Tap on the activity to expand the section and view more details in RealScout.
- Tap on the RealScout timeline activity to expand the section.
- View the property in RealScout.
Client Saves a Listing
Each time a client says they are interested in a property it is logged in the Cloze timeline.
- The client taps on the interested button in RealScout.
- The client's timeline in Cloze is updated with the activity.
Client Receives or Views a Listing Email
Each time a client receives or views a RealScout email it is logged in the Cloze timeline.
- The client received a RealScout listing email.
- The client opened a RealScout list email
