How do I sync Cloze contacts to Boomerang DM?

With your Boomerang DM account connected to Cloze, contacts with the tag #boomerang (or the tag of your choice) automatically sync to the Boomerang DM platform so these contacts can receive an offer postcard each month.

1.) Sign in to your Boomerang DM account

1. Navigate to https://www.boomerangdm.com/hom and tap on the Login button.
2. Enter your Boomerang DM username (email address).
3. Tap on Sign in with Cloze.

2.) Tap on the Contacts button. 

3.) Tap on Cloze Sync.

1. Tap on Cloze Sync
2. Enter the Cloze tags you wish to use to sync contacts to Boomerang. We recommend using "Boomerang".
3. Tap on Sync Contacts

Tap on the Cloze Sync button anytime you need to update Boomerang. 

Note: The sync checks the address of each of your boomerang-tagged contacts to suggest the postcard offer. To deliver a postcard each contact will need a complete postal address. 

How to add a postal address to Cloze

Adding a postal address to a person in Cloze is easy. Once the address has been added it will sync to Boomerang DM. 

1.) Navigate to the person in Cloze and then tap on Edit next to their name. 

2.) Select Contact Info and scroll down to the Postal Addresses section.

1. Select Contact info.
2. Tap on the + icon next to Add Postal Address.

3.) Enter the postal information and tap on the Add button. 

1. Enter the street address, city, city, postal code, etc...
2. Set the type (Work or Personal or Other)
3. Optional: Tap on the checkmark to clean up the address
4. Tap on the Add button

4.) Tap on the Save button to add the postal address to the person's contact profile.
