How do I update my Rezora Connection?
At the end of 2024, Rezora changed the way you log in. To keep using it, you’ll need to update your connection with the new login process.
- In your Cloze account:
- Tap on More
- Tap on Settings
- Under Connected Accounts, tap on the gear icon next to Rezora
- Tap on Update
- Tap on the Apps & Integrations link to be brought into Rezora.
- Once you are in Rezora, look for the API Key box:
- If you have already generated an API Key in the past, and it is present on the page, all you need to do is copy the API Username and API Password and paste this into the appropriate fields in Cloze. If you generate a new one, it will erase the old one, breaking any connections you may have made with the old key.
- If you have not generated an API Key in the past, tap on Get a New API Key to generate your API Username and Password. You will need to go through a confirmation window before the key generates. Please make sure you read through the message there.
- Return to Cloze. Copy and paste your API Username and API Password into the fields. Then tap on Update.
