How do I connect a shared email account?
To connect a shared email account to Cloze, please follow the steps below:
1.) Tap on the More Options menu (...) and then select Settings.
Mobile:
- Tap on More in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android).
- Select Settings.
On your computer:
- Tap on More in the lower left on your computer (cloze.com).
- Select Settings.
2.) Under Connected Accounts:
- Tap on Add.
- Tap on Shared Email Accounts.
3.) Tap on the type of account you want to add and follow the steps for signing in.
After connecting the shared account to Cloze, there will be a separate contact created in your Cloze account for the account's email address that has the tag #shared-account set on it (and has the name of the connected email account).
