What Policies are included when setting up a Real Estate Team?

This article explains the standard policies that are available when setting up an agent team in Cloze.

Policies are a named set of related rights that can be attached directly to a user. A user has a single role but can have one or more policies linked directly to them. This lets you give users a few extra rights without duplicating a whole set of roles.

Customizations

  • Customize Segments, Steps and Fields
    • Create and edit business segments, next steps and custom fields
  • Share Customizations (Private Agent Teams)
    • Share customizations with the rest of your Agent Team (e.g., business segments, next steps, custom fields)

Marketing

  • Marketing (Share templates w/ Agent Team)
    • Create, edit, and share templates within your Agent Team's template library only
  • Marketing (Share templates with Brokerage)
    • Create, edit, and share templates for the entire Brokerage's template library

Redaction

  • Redacted Sharing
    • Shared interactions are redacted so other team members can view when the interaction happened, and with who, but no team members can view the details of the interactions (i.e. contents of an email) How do I redact the content of a specific account?
  • Redacted View
    • Shared interactions are redacted when you view them. If you have redacted viewing enabled but other team members do not, this allows for some, but not all team members, to view the interactions details of team members.

Team Administration

  • Invite and remove team members
    • This gives you the ability to help with team administration by inviting and removing other team members.

Teams

  • Auto Share Manager
    • Automatically share all contacts in a business segment, and view all shared business contacts.
  • Auto Share Member
    • Automatically share all contacts in a business segment and view contacts assigned to you, but not other shared contacts.
  • Case by Case Sharing Manager
    • Share contacts in business segments on a case by case basis and view all shared business contacts.
  • Case by Case Sharing Member
    • Share contacts in business segments on a case by case basis and view contacts assigned to you but not other shared contacts.
