How do I add a tag to Lead Capture?

To add a tag to a contact that has been added to Cloze via lead capture, you will need to add this as a rule. This can be added when setting up lead capture or you can edit the lead source.

  1. In your Cloze account:
    1. Tap on More.
    2. Tap on Settings.

  1. Under Lead Management, tap on Edit Lead Sources.

  1. Lead Sources:
    1. If you are adding a lead source, tap on Create or add the email address leads will be coming from.
    2. If you are editing an existing lead source, select it from the list.

  1. Tap Next to get to the Parsing Rules section.

  1. Tap on Edit next to Parsing Rules.

  1. Parse Rules:
    1. Tap on Add next to Add Rule.
    2. Tap on Constant Rule.

  1. Under Field, tap on the drop down menu and select Single Tag or Multiple Tags. (For this example we are choosing Single Tag).

  1. Add the tag(s) and then tap on Done.

  1. You will see the rule has been added. If you tap on Parsed (right side of the rules), you will also see the rule with the tag. Tap on Done.

  1. Test the capture by tapping on Test.

  1. You should see the tag. Tap Accept and save your changes.

  1. Tap on Save to save your changes.
