How Do I Add a Tag to Lead Capture?
To add a tag to a contact that has been added to Cloze via lead capture, you will need to add this as a rule. This can be added when setting up lead capture or you can edit the lead source.
- In your Cloze account:
- Tap on More.
- Tap on Settings.

- Under Lead Management, tap on Edit Lead Sources.

- Lead Sources:
- If you are adding a lead source, tap on Create or add the email address leads will be coming from.
- If you are editing an existing lead source, select it from the list.

- Tap Next to get to the Parsing Rules section.

- Tap on Edit next to Parsing Rules.

- Parse Rules:
- Tap on Add next to Add Rule.
- Tap on Constant Rule.

- Under Field, tap on the drop down menu and select Single Tag or Multiple Tags. (For this example we are choosing Single Tag).

- Add the tag(s) and then tap on Done.

- You will see the rule has been added. If you tap on Parsed (right side of the rules), you will also see the rule with the tag. Tap on Done.

- Test the capture by tapping on Test.

- You should see the tag. Tap Accept and save your changes.

- Tap on Save to save your changes.
