How do Courted statuses sync to Cloze?
Note: This feature is currently in beta. Please reach out to your Cloze or Courted program team leader to enable this integration.
Cloze will automatically sync contacts (the agent you are trying to recruit) from your Courted Watchlists into Cloze.
When a contact is synced, Cloze will...
- apply a tag based on the Courted Watchlist name (click here for more details)
- automatically set the default Stage and Segment based on the following Courted Statuses:

1.) Add the agent you would like to recruit to your Courted Watchlist.
- Tap on the Add to Watchlist icon.
- Tap the checkbox next to the Watchlist to which you want to add the contact.

2.) Set the Courted Status.
In this example, the status is set to Identified; therefore, Cloze automatically sets the Stage and Segment to Warm Agent.
- Tap on the Status menu.
- Set their status.

3.) The agent will automatically sync to Cloze, tagged by Watchlist name and enriched with Courted data.
In Cloze: The person is synced to Cloze automatically, and their Stage and Segment are set.

The person will sync to Cloze automatically including their name, contact information, metrics from Courted, and a tag is applied based on their Courted Watchlist.
- Stage set to Warm.
- Segment set to Agent.
- Courted Watchlist tag applied.
