How do contacts (agents) sync from Courted to Cloze?
Note: This feature is currently in beta. Please reach out to your Cloze or Courted program team leader to enable this integration.
Agents from Courted watchlists automatically sync into Cloze, tagged with the corresponding watchlist name. Simply add an agent to a Courted Watchlist, and they’ll appear in Cloze automatically.
When viewing an agent’s profile in Cloze, calls, messages, meetings, and notes logged in Courted over the past 30 days are displayed for a complete communication history. Once you start tracking the candidate in Cloze, you can rely on Cloze’s automatic email, call, and text tracking — there is no need to manually log activity in Courted anymore.
Default stages and segments in Cloze are set based on Courted statuses, and over 50 unique Courted data points — including production data, sales projections, and potential-to-move forecasts — are available in Cloze for deeper insights.
How to sync a contact from Courted to Cloze:
1.) In Courted, find an agent using a Saved Search or manual browsing.

2.) Add the agent to a Watchlist in Courted.
Once you have identified the agent you wish to recruit, add them to the Courted Watchlist of your choice.
- Tap on the Add to Watchlist icon.
- Tap the checkbox next to the Watchlist to which you want to add the contact.
3.) Set the Courted Status.
In this example, the status is set to Identified; therefore, Cloze automatically sets the Stage and Segment to Warm Agent.
- Tap on the Status menu.
- Set their status.
4.) The agent will automatically sync to Cloze, tagged by Watchlist name and enriched with Courted data.
The person is synced to Cloze automatically, and their Stage and Segment are set.
The person will sync to Cloze automatically, including their name, contact information, metrics from Courted, and a tag is applied based on their Courted Watchlist.
- Stage set to Warm.
- Segment set to Agent.
- Courted Watchlist tag applied.
