How do I create Canva designs automatically with Cloze?
Note: The Canva Enterprise integration requires the Cloze Enterprise plan.
If your brokerage uses the Canva Enterprise plan, you can create Canva materials instantly from Cloze.
1.) Navigate to your listing in Cloze
- Navigate to the Properties section of Cloze.
- Search or select your listing
2.) Tap on More Options and Send to Canva
- Tap on More Options.
- Select Send to Canva Enterprise.
3.) Select a template or template pack.
- Search for a specific Canva template
- Or select a Canva template pack (to create several designs at once).
Tip: Select a pack to create several Canva designs at once from your listing.
4.) Tap on the Create button to create your Canva designs.
- Your listing: You will see your listing in the Property field (option search and replace if you want to switch listings).
- Your information: Your own Cloze profile is included to fill contact information and your profile picture. Search add a team member if you are working as a team on the listing.
- Archive old designs: Toggle this on if you are recreating your Canva designs.
- Create the Canva design(s): Tap on the Create button to create your designs in Canva.
After you tap on the create button your designs will be created in Canva.
Tap on the Yes button to view your Canva designs.
5.) View your Canva designs.
Cloze will open Canva and display your newly created designs. Your designs will be automatically organized as a Canva project using the listing name. In example, the project name is 1044 West Hill, Bear Island and there are 10 newly created templates in the project. You can tap on any template to view, edit, print, or post.

Share, download, print, or post in Canva.
Tap on the share button to download, print, or post your Canva design.
- Tap on the Share button
- Canva includes several options to share, print, or post the design.
- Tap on See All to view addtional options.
