How do I start buyer agreements with SkySlope Forms?

Learn how to connect SkySlope Forms to your Cloze account.

Use Start Buyer Agreement when you want to begin buyer forms from a contact in Cloze. When you choose this option, Cloze creates a new forms file using the contact’s information and takes you into SkySlope Forms. If your brokerage uses broker templates, you may be asked to choose a template first.

  1. Tap on Transact
  2. Select Yes when prompted to Start Buyer Agreement.
Cloze Person > Transact > Start Buyer Agreement.

Available for contacts who are in the Segment:

  • Buyer
  • Buyer & Seller

In these stages:

  • Warm
  • Hot

1.) Set the Stage and Segment to use the appropriate SkySlope Forms

  1. Tap to expand.
  2. Stages: Warm or Hot.
  3. Segments: Buyer or Buyer & Seller.
Cloze: Person > Relationship > Stages.
Person > Relationship > Stages.

Cloze: Person > Segments.
Person > Segments.

2.) Tap on Transact and select the SkySlope form

  1. Tap on Transact
  2. Select Yes when prompted to Start Buyer Agreement.

3.) Complete and SkySlope Forms
