How do I start listing agreements with SkySlope Forms?
Learn how to connect SkySlope Forms to your Cloze account.
Start Listing Agreement
Use Start Listing Agreement when you want to begin listing forms from a contact or property in Cloze. To create the forms file, Cloze needs both a property and at least one client. If that information is already in Cloze, it will be used. If not, you will be prompted to add it before continuing.
- Tap on Transact
- Select Yes when prompted to Start Listing Agreement.
Available from contacts who are in the Segment:
- Seller
- Buyer & Seller
- Landlord
In these stages:
- Warm
- Hot
- In Contact / Active
You can also start from properties that are:
- Sale Listing
- Rental Listing
In this stage:
- Potential
FROM A PERSON
1.) Set the Stage and Segment to use the appropriate SkySlope Forms
- Tap to expand.
- Stages: Warm or Hot or In Contract
- Segments: Seller or Buyer & Seller or Landlord.
2.) Tap on Transact and select the SkySlope form
- Tap on Transact
- Select Yes when prompted to Start Listing Agreement.
- Enter the listing address
- Tap on the Next button
3.) Complete and SkySlope Forms
FROM A PROPERTY
1.) Set the Stage and Segment to use the appropriate SkySlope Forms
- Tap to expand.
- Stage: Potential
- Segments: Sale Listing or Rental Listing.
2.) Tap on Transact and select the SkySlope form
- Tap on Transact
- Select Yes when prompted to Start Listing Agreement.
3.) Complete and SkySlope Forms
