How do I write an offer with SkySlope Forms?

Learn how to connect SkySlope Forms to your Cloze account.

Use Write an Offer when you want to begin offer forms from a contact or property in Cloze. To create the forms file, Cloze needs a property and at least one client. Depending on where you start, Cloze may ask you to choose a listing, enter an off-market address, or add a few optional details before taking you into SkySlope Forms.

  1. Tap on Transact
  2. Select Yes when prompted to Write an Offer.

Available from contacts who are:

  • Buyer
  • Buyer & Seller
  • Renter

In these stages:

  • Warm
  • Hot
  • Active

You can also start from:

  • an MLS listing that is an Active Sale Listing or Active Rental Listing
  • one of your or your team’s Active Sale Listings or Active Rental Listings
  • one of your or your team’s Potential or Active Buy Transactions
  • one of your or your team’s Potential or Active Rental Transactions

1.) Set the Stage and Segment to use the appropriate SkySlope Forms

  1. Tap to expand.
  2. Stages: Warm or Hot.
  3. Segments: Buyer or Buyer & Seller.
Cloze: Person > Relationship > Stages.
Person > Relationship > Stages.

Cloze: Person > Segments.
Person > Segments.

2.) Tap on Transact and select the SkySlope form

  1. Tap on Transact
  2. Select Yes when prompted to Write an Offer.

3.) Add the property, offer details, and dates.

  1. Search and add a property
  2. Enter the offer details
  3. Enter the offer dates
Cloze: Enter Purchase Offer details.

4.) Select the SkySlope form

  1. Use an existing file, OR
  2. Select a form

5.) Complete and SkySlope Forms
