Template Widget (Launchpad)

The Template Widget allows you to embed marketing email templates from your template library right on the homepage. This might be a list of upcoming events, a picture of the day, etc.

Changes to templates - Templates shown in the launchpad obey all the regular template visibility/hierarchy rules (i.e., whatever version of the template you would see in "My Library" is what shows in the launchpad). As long as the template is in the team library, you can update it there and every dashboard will get updated on refresh. 

Office-level Libraries - Using the “Upcoming Events” template as an example, your dashboard can contain one "Upcoming Events" but if there is an office-level library, the office admin can change the "Upcoming Events" template in their office-level library to add their office-specific events. Then people in that office see that version. 

Creating a template - It's just a "normal" marketing mail template with two exceptions:

• It's intended use must be "Internal"
• It should generally have "Desktop Width" set to "Fill Width" so the content spans the entire widget on large screens
