Tiles Widget (Launchpad)
Icons that open other Cloze features or outside websites, like the app icons on your phone's home screen. They work well for linking agents to your transaction management system, training portal, or company resources.
Here are 3 example tiles widgets (Quick Actions - Market; Quick Actions - Transact; Brokerage Apps) to give you the idea of what you can add:
Each tile widget has:
- Widget Name (Title - appears above the widget)
- Unique Id (like custom fields, widgets have unique IDs)
- Width (number of columns the widget should fill).
- The launchpad is at most 4 columns wide, and each column must be at least 300px wide. If the screen is narrower, columns are removed.
- Each tiles widget consists of a set of tiles that can be reordered
The different types of tiles include:
- App sections (navigates to that section of Cloze)
- App actions (bring up that specific app action - prompting for a person or property if needed)
- Forge apps (bring up any forge app)
- External websites (link out to another website)
If setting up an SSO tile, we need the specific URL that allows a user to log in directly. This should be provided to us from the vendor.

Tiles
- All tiles let you change the time name and image/icon associated with the tile.
- Beyond that, the options for each type of tile are different.
