Analytics Chart Widget (Launchpad)

The Analytics Chart Widget adds charts from select Cloze analytics reports so agents can see their activity at a glance.


  1. When you add an analytics chart widget:
    1. your first-level choice is which report and
    2. the second level choice is which widget out of that report.

You can also specify which time scale to use for the widget:
