How do I market my listing on social media with Cloze Ads?
Cloze Ads automatically turns your listing into a Facebook and Instagram ad with a built-in contact form. Interested buyers fill in a short form in the ad, and you get their details to follow up.
Follow the instructions below to launch a listing ad with Cloze.
Cloze Ads is provided in partnership with Realforce, which builds and runs the ads. To start an ad, open a listing in Cloze and click Market, then Market with Cloze Ads.

1.) Navigate to the active listing you wish to promote on social media, tap the Market button, and select Market with Cloze Ads.
- Navigate to Properties and select your active listing.
- Tap on the Market button.
- Select Marketing with Cloze Ads.
- Tap on the Approve button.
Cloze Ads is powered by our partner Realforce, so you'll need to approve this connection the first time you run an ad. You won't see this screen the next time you run an ad. You'll stay inside Cloze the entire time you are creating your ad.
2.) Select your ad package from the list.
Every package runs on both Facebook and Instagram. A longer package shows the ad to more people, which usually brings in more leads.

You pay for each ad separately, by credit card, when you check out. Ad charges are not part of your Cloze subscription.
- Select an ad package from the list.
- Tap on the Continue button.
3.) Connect your Meta account.
- Tap on the gear icon.
- Select Connect Account.
- Tap on the Connect to Facebook button.
- And then follow the steps to connect your account.
- Select your Facebook page.
- Tap on the Confirm Access button.
- Tap on the Close button.
Set your landing page.
- Tap on the gear icon.
- Paste in the URL of your landing page.
4.) Make refinements to your ad as needed.
Toggle between the ad and the lead form to review and make refinements.
- Select the Ad preview.
- Select the Lead form preview.
Tap on Lead form to review the lead form.
- Select Lead form.
- Tap on continue to review the next page of the lead form.
- Tap on continue again to review the next page.
- Tap on continue again to review the next page.
- Tap on Ad to go back to the ad preview.
Toggle between the Facebook and Instagram preview.
- Select the Facebook ad preview.
- Select the Instagram ad preview.
Tap on the text above the picture to make refinements to the Headline, Message, and Description.
- Tap on the message text to make edits.
- Edit the headline text.
- Edit the message text.
- Edit the description text.
Tap on the picture to change it.
- Tap on the image to make edits.
- Tap on Gallary to select from any of the listing images.
- Tap on Upload to upload your own image.
5.) Complete your order.
When you are ready, tap on the continue button and complete your order by entering your credit card.
- Add your credit card.
- Tap on Confirm order to complete your order.
