How do I automatically create a Deal when I convert a person or company to Potential?

When you convert a person or company to Potential you have the option to automatically create a Deal (or Project). 

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.

2.) Tap on Settings

3.) Scroll down to the Customizations section and tap on Projects (or Deals or Sales or your custom label) to expand the section. 

4.) Scroll down to the Conversion section and toggle on on "Create deal on Convert".

Then when you tap on Potential, Cloze will automatically show the Add Deal screen. 

Note:  If you have created a Mandatory field that is enabled for deals or the Potential Segment, you will be prompted to complete that field when the deal is created.
