How do I change the Segments in which pick list values will appear?

You can have a Pick List Custom Field that appears in many different Segments, but set the specific values that appear in each Segment. 

For example you may have a Pick List Custom Field called Type with one set of field values in the Client Segment and different set of field values in the Partner Segment.

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to select the Segments in which Custom Field pick list values will appear. 

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.

 

2.) Tap on Settings

 

3.) Scroll down to the Customizations section and tap on Custom Fields to expand the section. 

4.) Tap on the gear icon next to the section where you wish to add Custom Fields. You can create and edit Custom Fields for People, Companies, and Projects (or Deals, Cases, Sales etc...)

5.) Tap on the gear icon next to the Custom Field you wish to change. 

In this example we are going to make changes to the Type field. 

6.) Tap on the funnel icon to change your Segment selection.

7.) Pick List values may appear in some or all of the Segments you selected in the previous step. Tap on the gear icon next to the Pick List Value you wish to change.
