How do I make a field mandatory?

In some cases, you may want to make a specific field for a person, company, or deal / project mandatory.  This can be helpful if you want to ensure that you have specific, standardized information for every person, company or deal / project entered into Cloze.

Navigate to the custom field section in your settings:

Toggle the mandatory field option on:

When you navigate to the person, company or deal / project with this mandatory field on, you will be prompted to update the field:

Edit the field value:

The field will now display the value:
